This is because even rugs that look the same can vary greatly in condition.
Some people carefully take care of their items and clean them thoroughly before arranging them in a warehouse, while others just roughly stack them in the same state as they were when they got them.
Of course, at Layout, we check the condition of all rugs and thoroughly repair and clean them before sending them to Japan.
But, after all, how you approach your rug is important.
So when Layout visits a store or warehouse, we carefully observe how the person handles the rugs and the conditions under which they are stored. (laughs)
