The "Small Rug Exhibition" is a project aimed at owners who have wanted to showcase their rugs in a pop-up display but have given up because they "don't have the space or would feel bad for the manufacturer if they don't sell."
This is a project that Layout came up with to introduce the appeal of rugs, so it would be enough if customers and staff could enjoy talking about rugs.

Reliable layout quality
Layout's rugs are cleaned and repaired at their own local workshop before arriving in Japan, but they are still overseas.
As the sense of things is quite different from Japan, Layout staff carefully check the rugs that arrive and only introduce to our customers those that meet Layout's standards.
Rugs that unfortunately do not meet the standards are maintained in Japan and re-inspected by our staff before being introduced to the public.
The quality of Layout, which we can confidently recommend to our valued customers, is supported by our staff who are passionate about rugs.
