They can reproduce when four conditions are met: temperature, humidity, nutrients (hair and dust), and air (oxygen).
They are especially active when humidity exceeds 75%.
But if you can control just one of them, you can prevent it from happening.
◎ Use the dry function of the air conditioner or a dehumidifier
◎Vacuum frequently.
Don't forget the often-overlooked underside of the rug!
(Large rugs can be difficult to turn over, so fold them in half before cleaning.)
