"If you're happy, let's hold hands"

I always looked at it sideways. I already knew what type of carpet I liked, so I always looked at it sideways as if it were my own, imagining what it would look like in my room.
But finally, the time has come to introduce this rug.
I'll look at it from the front, not from the side, and explain what I like about it.

My favorite point

The intersection of yellow and orange is so beautiful!
There are many rugs with different atmospheres depending on whether they are made with or against the grain, but the non-monotonous wool color gives them such a variety of looks.
It's hard to tell from the photo, but when you look at it from the opposite direction it looks sparkly.
Yes, it's like a halo is shining around it.

After all, everyone loves shiny things, right?

Jewels, gold nuggets, gold leaf, gold bars, gold medals, etc.
Do you associate it all with money?
Now, how about going a little further and trying some horse mackerel sashimi?
This is a matter of personal preference...

What do you imagine when you hear the words "gold with a halo"?
There are many, such as the sun, the full moon, and the Great Buddha.
It all gives a happy impression.

This Gabbeh reminded me of a desert evening.
The weave seems to represent a fantastical world, with the desert sand reflecting and sparkling in the setting sun or sunlight.

Five couples in the golden desert, each with their own story.

Couple holding hands

A couple who seems like they're about to get together

A couple that's pretty far apart.

Since it's a private matter, I won't look into it any further, but each person has their own circumstances.

Let's look at it from another perspective.
As dusk approaches, children rush home.
The sun is setting in the glow of the setting sun, and the bells of the mountain temple are ringing.
This is a scene of them walking home holding hands with the crow.
This means that this top-down angle can also be seen as a view from a crow's eye view.
This is a rug with a lot of atmosphere.

The design is simply a scattering of animals, trees, and people in warm colors, but if you look at this part alone, which appears to be made up of layers of oil-like paint, doesn't it remind you of the colors of Van Gogh's Sunflowers?

As always, one of the joys of rugs is observing them and letting your imagination run wild.
For me, yes.
This rug has vibrant colors that will lift your spirits, so I'd love to lay it in front of the sofa.
It also increases family bonding and seems to bring good fortune in terms of money.
I would like to take a leisurely nap on a sunny day and sleep until the crows start cawing.
