"Nippon, cha cha cha!"

Hello everyone!

The long rainy season is over and summer has arrived!
Are you feeling unwell due to the heat every day?

And then, the Olympics began!!
Japan's medal rush is incredible! Even through the TV, you can feel the passion and excitement. Sigh, it's bad for the heart.

I often find myself thinking, "It would be even more amazing if I could cheer them on right in front of them," but given the current situation, it can't be helped (._.)(._.)

Let's cheer them on through the screen!!

There is a rug that is perfect for the Olympics, so I'd like to introduce it to you along with my favorite features!

Which country?

The many national flags are eye-catching! Let's take a look and see which countries are depicted!
Let's start from the top left.

...I don't understand!! Even after looking it up, I still don't understand!!
Next up is Iran...? lol

There are flags of countries all over the world, including Saudi Arabia, Syria, Kuwait, Pakistan, Taiwan, and more, not just Middle Eastern countries, but also South American and Asian countries. There are also many countries I've never heard of.

Go Japan!!

Have you noticed? There is nothing like that in our Japan.

Japan has also won many medals, so I would love to be included in the group. Iranian craftsmen! Please support Japan!!! LOL

Ready, set, go!!

There are six lanes, it looks like you could do a relay! But look closely, the narrow lane is not even half the size of the wide lane. The person in the narrow lane with lots of triangles is so thin it's like they're walking across a balance beam! The person in the wide lane, you're cheating!

But the decorations on all the lanes are so beautiful♪ I almost forget about running☺

I'm looking forward to the athletics events from now on!

Dekkobokko Friends ♪

The pattern is cute too...
The pile part is sticking out.

Please take a look at the edge. There is a pile part in the edge of the kilim that everyone loves! There are also twists on both sides like a friendship bracelet!
The texture and color are super cute~♡♡

I could touch it forever~♡♡

Iranian flag

I found it interesting researching national flags, so I'll just write a little bit about them...

"Green symbolizes Islam, white represents peace and eternity, and red represents the Republic's Constitution. The central emblem is a sword and four crescent moons, representing the Arabic word "Allah," and the tricolor border is a stylized version of the words "Allah Akbar" (Allah is great) repeated 22 times."

Apparently so! Hmm! The picture in the middle is of a sword and a crescent moon!

By the way, in Japan,

"Ever since the documents entrusted to the Japanese envoy by Prince Shotoku to the Sui dynasty, Japan has considered its country the 'Land of the Rising Sun,' and the red Hinomaru flag symbolizes the rising sun. Red and white are also traditional Japanese colors and are considered auspicious, with red representing philanthropy and vitality and white representing holiness and purity."

That's right! It's the Japanese flag Japan!
I'm glad it wasn't a pickled plum bento.

With the Olympics and the coronavirus pandemic coming together, it makes you want to support Japan in many ways!
"Nippon, cha cha cha!" It was a rug!
