Hello everyone!
There are only a few days left in this year.
As the Year of the Tiger is coming to an end, I would like to spend the remaining days of the year wearing as many tiger-themed clothes and accessories as possible to end this Year of the Tiger.
And what I'd like to introduce to you today is this rug that has nothing to do with tigers!
It's hard to tell from the photo, but the actual color is closer to white than beige.

Ever since it arrived, I've been thinking it looks similar to something, but I haven't been able to remember what it was for about two months...
I finally found out recently that it was actually "Caesar salad"!

This stylish salad is dotted with jagged leaves that look like they've been torn by hand and tiny flowers, and is drizzled with a generous amount of white Caesar dressing!
I feel like there is a little too much dressing,

The frame surrounding the salad is densely decorated with floral patterns, giving it the feel of Western tableware.
What I particularly like about this frame is that it combines dark orange and navy with pale colors like light blue and pink!
When it comes to eye-catching color schemes, I feel like they often use combinations of complementary colors or highly saturated colors, which have a strong impact on the colors themselves.
However, I like the combination of dark and light colors because although each color is muted, when they come together they are very eye-catching and interesting!
The understated flavor makes it a more stylish salad.
So, I'd like to introduce some of my recommended styles!
First, place a small white cat-leg table and two beautiful curved white chairs on top of this.
Add a Caesar salad and a little bread as an added bonus and my ideal space will be complete.
By the way, we are thinking of a time when it would be a refreshing morning when you can hear the birds chirping.
This is a styling idea that I would recommend to anyone who gets this rug.
So far I've only been talking about salads, so I'd like to introduce some things other than the salad design!
One is that it's "white." It's a little disappointing that the photograph doesn't convey how white it is, but it's a white without any dullness!
The white base color makes it feel a little different from other rugs, and the edges are actually pure white as well!

I hadn't paid much attention to it before, and with so many colors in the fabric, I assumed that the edges would be made of two colors of thread, but when I checked, it was just white...
This part was so unexpected to me that it came as a complete shock.
The colorful colors and fluffy feel remind me of Yarame and Gabbeh, and the edges are similar to those two, so I think it's cute and has about two colors.
My expectations were pleasantly exceeded, and I now have one more thing I like about this rug.
Another thing I want to mention is the width!
The length is 147cm and the width is 107cm
Compared to other tribal styles, it is slightly wider!
I always seem to look for a size that is comfortable enough for me to lie down and turn sideways 1.5 to 2 times.
A length of about 150cm would be fine, but many of them are narrow in width, so it's hard to find something that suits you perfectly.
So when I see it's over 100cm, I get a little excited.
However, if the length is longer than that, approaching 200 cm, I would like the width to be proportionally wider as well.
After all, the important thing is the overall balance of the lag.
It's fun to encounter areas you haven't had much exposure to before and feel your own preferences being established!
That's all about Fukumoto's Caesar salad!
Until next time~
