A Midsummer Night's Dream

Let us introduce you to one piece that really impressed Komatsu, who views rugs as art.
The more you look at it, the more you feel as if you are being deceived by the fantastical world view, which is why I named it after Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream."
Even though we are heading towards winter, I still remind myself of summer.

I will explain each one one by one, so please bear with me for a little while.

It's a lot of information, but it can't be ignored.

Land, Sea, and Air

Let's start with the big picture.
On either side are a procession of four deer, and halfway down is a school of fish.
You can also see what looks like a coral reef.
A bird is resting its wings at the end of a branch extending from the rock.
The expressive power of stillness and movement is amazing.

Because that's what it looked like.

You might think it's seaweed swaying in the water, but it's not.
There he is, right here. A guy with a mohawk. His straight head starts styling two hours before every morning. Of course, he's clutching a super-hard cape in his right hand.
It expresses, "Love yourself."

On the other hand, a bird is being transported using an UFO catcher.
You've probably experienced this before. Just when you think you're almost there, the target sadly falls, and your frustration and competitive nature come to the surface. You sacrifice time to get it, but the moment you calm down, you come to your senses.
"I don't want this..." What's more, I realized that I had spent a huge amount of money on something I didn't need at all.
This shows the greed and stupidity of humans.

Now, there is a holy sword stuck in one corner.

The holy sword depicted in legend is Saint Galgano, who abandoned the battlefield and the secular world by thrusting his sword into a rock, and King Arthur, who became king by pulling out the sword and heading off to the battlefield.
The stories of these two polar opposites may be connected by this one sword...

If that's the case, then this shows the two sides of the same coin in the world.
It also reminded me of the Spear of Longinus from Evangelion. I don't know much about Evangelion, but I remembered it anyway, so I'll write about it.

On the other hand, this one features a Dalarna horse, a horse that brings happiness in Sweden. Wow, they're expanding their reach to Northern Europe!
I want to say, "How cute!", but it might be the Trojan Horse from Greek mythology.

So perhaps it is being said that the enemy is within us!
I thought he was giving me a philosophical lecture.

Three cats are trying to hand over a treasure box saying, "Here you go, you want it, don't you?" I'm curious to know what's inside the box. I'm really curious.
But if you accidentally pick it up and open it...it's scary.
It's as if the lag is testing your patience.
