In the last RUG is Good, we talked about how Okinawa has been getting cooler recently, but this week the sun was shining brightly, reminding us not to forget about summer!
In this sweltering heat, I was longing for autumn, so I looked for an autumnal rug and chose a Gabbeh that I thought was perfect.

Autumn morning starts with a walk
The rug we will introduce this time is this Gabbeh.
The mustard color stands out against the burgundy. Just looking at this color scheme makes you feel like it's autumn.
The goats woven into the mustard color look as if they are walking on a carpet of ginkgo leaves.
The scent of osmanthus comes from somewhere.
There is an abundance of Osmanthus around the goats.
