Ah, the first ever Layout Ogiri Grand Prix!!
(Puff puff puff~) (Cheers)
Sorry for the sudden message. (Temperament difference)
In preparation for writing RUG IS GOOD over the past few days, I have been keeping an eye out for new arrivals to scout for.
So, the rug I chose this time is this one, Arak's pregnant daughter. (Don't say I have no sense.)

So cute! Such a fair-skinned beauty!
So where should I start digging deeper? I looked at it from various angles and thought about it, but it seems like this bulge looks like all sorts of things and people, so it ended up looking like a one-man comedy show, so I thought I'd talk about that today.
What is Bote?
It has a lovely sound.
This is the origin of the well-known word paisley, and is said to represent cypress trees, pine cones, and the flickering of fire. It is said that the name paisley came about because textiles with this pattern became popular in the city of Paisley, Scotland, in the 19th century.
The rug designs feature Bote-chan with various faces.
Rugs that Layout has introduced in the past also have this kind of bulging pattern.

The one on the left is what buyer Hirai called an "alcohol dispenser," and the one on the right was called a "chili pepper" by the other staff.
It's a bulge that is often compared to other things.
This may be what it means to be a chameleon actor.
This Boteko-chan, who comes from a city called Arak, has a round and cute shape.
I don't think that Boteko-chan herself has the slightest intention of doing Ogiri or impersonating others, but I would like to go ahead and hold an Ogiri Grand Prix.
So, once again...
Ah, the first ever Layout Ogiri Grand Prix!!
I'm not really aiming for a big hit, so don't get your hopes up...
✷Entry No. 1
Square scoop cake covered with strawberries

I can see it! It looks delicious!
It looks like the strawberry scoop cake they sell at Costco!
This is the kind of food that competitive eaters on YouTube often eat.
There are probably many people who dream of eating an entire cake in the future but don't have the courage to do it.
If you are one of those people, take a look at this bulge and satisfy your appetite.
✷Entry No. 2
[Limited Time Offer] Takenoko no Oka ~Strawberry & Pistachio~

Is it a relative of Takenoko no Sato? The shape is just perfect.
It's a bit strange to call it a village, so let's just call it a hill.
Just adding the word "limited time" to the beginning makes it even more powerful. It's a rating point. (Who?)
✷Entry No.3
Tamo-san in his edgy days

It's sharp!! Tamo-san is sharp!
Ever since I was old enough to understand, Tamo has had that appearance, way of speaking, and character, so I've never known him to be particularly edgy, but I'm sure there was a time when he was like that.
His jaw is so sharp that even if you ask him, "Smile?", he never seems to respond with, "Sure!"
When you look at it from the back, it looks even softer and has a bit of a famous guitarist in it.

Tamo is out of sight.
Mitamo, the housekeeper.
I love finding things like this.
✷Entry No.4
A ghost that looks a little grinning when viewed from the opposite side

Oh no, a ghost is laughing at me...
I don't like scary-looking ghosts, but I also don't like the ones that are grinning...
I was a little worried, wondering, "Did I do something?"
So, we have all four entries now, but which one is your favorite?
Voting is not currently being accepted, but Boteko-chan would be delighted if you could come and take a look during the sale period.
By the way, there are several other attractive points besides the bulge motif, so I would like to introduce them to you as well.
There's actually a blue heart 💙 hidden in the frame. It's subtle and elegant.
If you look at the back, you can see that the weft thread is also blue.

It's thick and fluffy and comfortable.

The color of the edges is the same as the base color, so it looks neat. It also seems to blend in well with the floor.
The size is 185 x 68 cm, which is the same number as the height and weight of a very stylish person.
It is long and narrow enough to fit one adult male comfortably, and is the perfect size for a variety of places, from the bedside table to the foot of a sofa, by a window, or under a clothes rack.
It's a highly practical piece, so try imagining where you'd like to place it in your home for fun.
This time I took the liberty of holding the Layout Ogiri Grand Prix, which I personally found very enjoyable.
I wonder if this will be a project that follows the Weird Rug Exhibition.
