"Ghibli Forest Fairies"

What I would like to introduce this time is this tribal rug with a cool blue-purple color.

The reason we chose this one is that staff member MK had recently seen "Princess Mononoke," and when he first saw this rug, he was reminded of the forest that appears in the film.
With its mysterious atmosphere, it's no wonder that Deidarabochi is woven into it, don't you think?

Now, let me introduce some points that you should pay attention to.

・Colors that soothe the soul

In our busy daily lives, it's very important to have some time to relax at home. Just having a cool colored rug in your room that calms your mind can help you reset your mind even a little.

・Unique monsters

The color alone is cool, but when you take a closer look at the pattern woven into the rug, it's really interesting. There are two square medallions in the center of the rug, and I discovered a unique monster inside.

What on earth is this long-necked creature? Is it a giraffe? It looks like it's looking at us. Above and below it are mysterious creatures with big tails! It looks like Godzilla...

This one is missing its head... Godzilla is still alive and well. There are also three germ-like things between the headless guy's legs.

There are magnificent bird-like creatures with large tails everywhere, not just inside the medallion. I can't help but wonder if one of them is the Deer God.

There was a Laputa robot mixed in with the Mononoke world. I think they were probably trying to weave a bird, but no matter how you look at it, it just looks like a Laputa robot with its hands on its hips (although their arms are so long they go past their waists) and looking a little smug.

・If you were to lay it in your room

How about laying it down in your living room and creating a home theater with unique monsters? Stay up late on a day off and relax watching your favorite movie. Lie down on the rug, light a candle, enjoy your favorite scent, have a drink, or video call with friends to change your mood... Just imagining it makes you feel good.

If I were to style this rug, I would like to combine it with patterned items to create a decorative room. For example, I would like to use large, colorful cushion covers, a yellow lampshade (the opposite color of purple), and arrange foreign books, even though I'm not good at English. Because this rug evokes the image of a forest, I would also like to decorate it with lots of plants.

To me it looks like the world of "Princess Mononoke," but I'm sure you can see it differently. Rugs can show you different views that match your lifestyle, such as what you're into at the time or a place you've recently visited. They'll be a part of your life forever, so please share lots of memories with your rug.
