I found out about it at a pop-up in an interior design shop.
What made you want a rug?
It's been about three years since I moved into my current house, but I haven't been able to find a doormat that I liked, so I've been putting it off and haven't put one down, but I'm starting to think it's about time I got one.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
I really liked the design and color scheme, and the staff were so kind and helpful, so I decided I definitely wanted to try laying it down.
My impressions after laying the rug
As expected, there was a huge difference between having it and not having it! The color, design, and size were all exactly what I was looking for. Maybe it's because it's an old tribal design, but from the moment I laid it down, it felt like it had been there for a long time. It made me even more excited to open the door when I got home!
Other advice for those looking for a rug
Although I didn't use it this time, there is a service called Omiai that allows you to match rugs to your room. If you are unsure whether a rug will suit your room, I recommend you try it.
