How I found out about Layout
I can't remember if it was an internet search or Instagram that triggered it, but I had previously purchased a Gabbeh online. I visited the Nakameguro store last month, and when I returned home, I remembered the feeling of joy and a smile as I opened the front door to find a beautiful Gabbeh waiting for me. I found something I liked that day, but didn't buy it. Later, I found a pop-up store and came across this one there, so I brought it home with me.
What made you want a rug?
Thinking back, there were a few here and there at my parents' house, and even though I was young, I thought they were lovely and cute. I wanted to collect my favorites, all genuine and high-quality, within my reach.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
I really like everything about it. It looks like it'll be cheering me on at every moment, saying good morning, welcome home, and good night. I also love the expression and deep red color.
My impressions after laying the rug
It's small, but it has become a very luxurious part of my daily life.
I'm happy that I'm smiling more often.
