Question 1. How did you find out about Layout online?
He was left behind after coming to a nearby store for an event.
I saw the product and liked it, so the store staff introduced it to me.

We had originally planned to purchase the Gabbeh to use as a floor mat for home parties, but as we looked around we wanted more, so we asked for advice on what to put under the dining table, and they brought out a really nice piece that both my husband and I loved at first sight.
Question 4. What are your impressions after laying the rug?
It has a different, more substantial feel than regular rugs. And yet, I like that it's not too heavy. Gabbeh rugs are exciting just to look at, so they're sure to liven up any party!
Question 5. What are your concerns or worries about lag?
Nothing in particular. The mesh is tighter than I expected, so I found it difficult for dirt to get in. Cleaning was surprisingly easy, as I could easily remove it by vacuuming along the mesh!
Question 6. Do you have any other advice for people looking for a rug?
The shop staff are all very friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have, so don't worry. There's no pressure to sell anything, so it's fine to just drop in for a quick look.
They handle a fair amount of products, so the staff are all very professional. I feel like they'll be able to give me advice on any future issues.

Question 9: Please tell us how you usually care for your product.
There was some loose hair, but it has disappeared recently.
I find that cleaning with a rotary cleaner results in a cleaner finish than cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, so I use a rotary cleaner.
Question 10. How does it feel to use?
I like the look of it, but it's also comfortable to use.
Question 11. Are Layout's rugs worth more than their price?
Yes. I want to use it for a long time.
Question 12. Do you have any other thoughts about using rugs or advice for people looking for rugs?
The higher the price, the higher the room grade.
Since it's something you'll be using for a long time, I think it's worth investing that much.
