How I found out about Layout
I found out through social media that they have a store in Okinawa, so I decided to visit.
What made you want a rug?
In addition to furniture, I was fascinated by how a single rug, regardless of size, can dramatically change the atmosphere of a home, and I wanted a rug that would last a lifetime.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
I thought it would be difficult to care for and maintain, but after talking with staff member Suzuki, I wanted to bring one into my home.
I was also attracted by the fact that the fabric is strong enough that I don't have to worry about it getting worn out, and that the color looks completely different depending on where you stand it. Since buying something big all at once was a big hurdle, I decided to start with a small one that I fell in love with at first sight.
My impressions after laying the rug
I was worried about whether it would match the white floor, but I'm happy that it blended in better than I expected. I enjoy moving it around depending on my mood.
