How I found out about Layout
I saw it in an insert in the Okinawa Times last year.
What made you want a rug?
My wife has always wanted a rug. When she found out about Layout, she decided to visit and check out their rugs, as they not only sell antique furniture but also antique rugs. When she saw them, she thought they would be perfect for our kitten to relax on, so she bought one.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
The size was just right for the kitten, and my wife had wanted a red rug. We decided to purchase this rug because we thought the red was beautiful, the tree of life design was nice, and it gave us the image of the tree of life being good for the kitten's health.
My impressions after laying the rug
The rug I bought isn't particularly large, but it really brightened up the room. I was also surprised that my kitten took to it right away. It feels nice to touch, and I think my kitten liked the texture too.

My kitten is cautious with new things, but he fell asleep on this rug right away. It looks very comfortable. It feels good to humans to touch, and I think kittens can sense that too.
