I found out about Layout when I happened to pass by the Layout Limited shop, which is open for a limited time in Futakotamagawa.
What made you want a rug?
I didn't have a rug in my room to begin with, and I've always wanted one.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
It was the size of the rug I needed, I liked the design of the rug, and it was within my budget.
Also, I wanted to use high-quality items, even if they were expensive, that I could grow to love and use for a long time, and I felt that Gabbeh would fit that idea.
My impressions after laying the rug
The unique feel of Gabbeh, its softness and fluffy comfort when sitting and sleeping were very pleasant.
The warmth of hand-woven fabrics and the gentleness of natural dyes create a rustic atmosphere that is visually pleasing as well.
