What made you want a rug?
I love the hand-woven feel and vibrant colors of Gabbeh rugs, and for years I'd just looked at them, but I decided I wanted to own something I like and keep it close by, so I bought one.
The deciding factor in choosing the rug
I decided on this one because I like yellow, it was reasonably priced, and the staff recommended it.
My impressions after laying the rug
An entrance mat is the first thing you see when you enter a house, and it lifts your spirits. When I put one on a chair in my drab, four-and-a-half-tatami mat reading room, I feel a smile on my face even before I sit down.
