How do you spend a sunny day?
Being an outdoorsy person, I find it a bit tiring to stay at home.
However, I enjoy taking walks on sunny days and trying out various ways to make my life at home more comfortable.
This may be an important time to face yourself and try to do things that you normally can't do.
Don't let your spirits get down, find something that lifts your spirits and have fun!
stroll

It's been almost four months since I moved here.
I discovered another great thing about this city!
It's great to just laze around on the grass on top of the hill!
I think I'll come up with some great ideas while I'm daydreaming and gazing at the beautiful blue sky (lol).
The only thing I regret is...
I would have felt better if I had a Gabbeh (tears) but I'll bring it next time!

Time at home

A private place where you usually read books or watch movies
I enjoy thinking about what to decorate and how to make the space more comfortable.
Work-from-home table

It's hard to switch on and off when working from home.
In times like these, I recommend trying something you don't normally do.
It may be unsettling, but you never know until you try.
I change the atmosphere depending on the day because it makes me feel good.
It's soothing to have your favorite plants in front of you (even though it's a bit of a mixed bag...)
Spread a tablecloth on the usually drab table, or place a mug of brewed coffee on a coaster made of denim.
Surrounding yourself with the items you like is your own style
Me and Gabbeh

Great for the kitchen!
It's stain-resistant and easy to maintain, so it's perfect for the kitchen.
Creating gaps makes the view clearer
Try adjusting it depending on where you're standing.

It feels great to stand barefoot in the kitchen!
Cooking time is fun
The Gabbeh supports me well,
It makes your body feel better

I love Japanese food
Braised pumpkin / Kinpira burdock
Pickled Cucumber / Mizuna and Lettuce Salad
It was delicious!
Just by making some small changes to your daily routine, you can make your time at home more comfortable, so give it a try if you have the idea.
Taking a moderate walk, looking up at the sky, or looking at flowers and plants is also good for your mental health.
The manager's daily routine was spent listening to the radio (Tokyo FM is recommended).
Until next time...
