Hello! My name is Hirai and my favorite phrase is "I'm hungry."
In our purchasing blog, we introduce Iranian cuisine, so this time we would like to introduce some delicious travel cuisine outside of Iran!
Tunisia
[Mint tea with brick and pine nuts]

Raw egg, tuna, and cheese are sandwiched between skins that are even thinner than spring roll skins.
It's a surefire combination that contains only delicious ingredients!
Tunisian mint tea contains pine nuts, which is also addictively delicious.
Uzbekistan
[Shubitosh]

A noodle dish made with noodles seasoned with plenty of dill and topped with a simple tomato sauce.
I love dill, so if I could make it at home, this would be one of my favorite dishes!
The refreshing noodles and mild tomato sauce go perfectly together. It's absolutely delicious!

Speaking of Uzbek food, it's plov!
Rice is cooked with carrots, onions, lamb, and spices such as cumin.
When I made it in Japan, I used beef belly, but it's definitely tastier when made with lamb!
[Thin wheat flour noodles and horse meat norun]

This was a strange dish that you couldn't imagine the taste of just by looking at it. It was made of stir-fried thin, short noodles and finely chopped meat, and you dipped it in the accompanying soup or sauce-like substance.
No matter how many times I asked, I couldn't figure out the name of the dish when I was there, but I found out later.
It was so delicious that I requested to have it again the next day!
Writing this blog made me hungry...
This year, I would like to enjoy making travel gourmet food while recalling the memories of the flavors I experienced when traveling.
See you next time!
