FAH Co., Ltd. Hiroki Sueyoshi's serial blog 20
20th time.
Since the last time, I've been posting in a blog style with photos.
Last time, I wrote about things to be careful of when coordinating interiors.
This time, I would like to write about some delivery examples (photos) and their explanations.
First, the request and concept.
I received a call from a home builder that I always use.
"I'm going to build a cool tiny house, so please provide the furniture."
It was something like this.
I like small houses because I live in one myself.
The request from the other party is...
Eliminate waste and allocate efficiently.
And yet, it's wonderful.
The image is a natural, but not too cute, space that doesn't feel oppressive.
The bedroom has a calm atmosphere.
And a little bit of dreamy direction.
Of course, the budget shouldn't be too high either.
I think it was something like that.
Sorry for the wait. Here's what it looks like.

This property is a small house model.
The design was inspired by the idea of "not too big, but just the right lifestyle."
Key point 1: Keep the vertical lines thin.

To make the space appear larger, vertical lines (mainly furniture legs)
I chose a thin, black one.
By doing so, you won't feel pressured,
In a good way, we wanted it to look "light" and give the impression of spaciousness.
Key point 2: "The same combination of natural wood and black as the house"

This house has natural wood with black accents (stairs, handrails, and lighting).
The furniture was chosen based on this color.
So that the furniture doesn't look tacked on.
We tried to create a natural harmony between the house and the furniture.
Key point 3: "Not too small, just right"

Sofa, dining table, TV stand, cupboard.
The space isn't particularly large, but
Each piece of furniture is arranged in a way that allows four people to live together.
There's nothing wasted, so I think it's a very nice space.
Key point 4: "Make the bedroom a little cooler"

The bedroom has dark colored furniture, creating a calm space.
Dark colored furniture creates a mature atmosphere.
Key point 5: "I want to sit here and read a book."

Spending time daydreaming is one of the joys of being at home.
We created a space where you can enjoy your own time while soaking up the sun.
Actually, this house has a rooftop,
We have adopted a chair that can be easily carried.
What did you think?
I think you were very satisfied.
I think I managed to capture the space quite well.
This project really made me realize that interior design is fun.

Representative Director of FAH Co., Ltd.
Born in Hiroshima in 1985, raised in Kyoto, and lived in Canada for one year.
At the age of 20, she entered an interior design shop and was so impressed that she decided to work in the interior design industry. From the age of 23 to 35, she worked at an interior design shop in Hiroshima. She strives to be a "chameleon coordinator" who can materialize the client's ideal lifestyle and interior design, rather than catering to her own preferences.
FAH Co., Ltd. was established in 2020.
I am constantly challenging myself to make interior design fun, whether it be for private homes, model homes and rooms, or commercial (hotels, restaurants, etc.) product development.
