Staff MK's recommended way to spend your holidays 3

Hello, this is Kumai from Layout.

Following on from last time, I had another ominous dream...

I had a dream where a lot of those shiny black creatures that are often seen in the summer appeared... (lol)

We weren't attacked, but there were a lot of them anyway.
Some of them are even personified for some reason.

Dreams about that black guy can have both good and bad implications,
I wonder what is going on in my subconscious. (laughs)

I wonder if they are afraid of a future like Terra Formars.

It doesn't really matter, but the most unforgettable dream I've ever had is,
I had a dream that a friend of mine who I was really close with in middle school was eaten by Spider-Man.

That was shocking...

Now, leaving the dream aside, today I'd like to introduce you to something I've been doing a lot lately.

Self-nail care

I usually go to salons rather than do it myself, but I took this opportunity to start doing some self-care at home.

Having clean nails makes you feel cleaner!

Especially my toenails. I was shocked to see that they were dull, probably because I had neglected to take care of them over the winter.

Sandal season is almost here, so I decided to take good care of my feet!

So, I'd like to introduce you to the methods that I saw online and learned from nail artists.

What you need to prepare:

A bowl of hot water, oil or hand cream, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and eyebrow clippers (I don't have any so I used eyebrow clippers instead)

is.

Here's what I used this time. It's not shown in the picture, but I put hot water in a cup.

1. Soak your toes in a bowl of warm water to soften your cuticles.
I always do this after taking a bath to avoid this step. (laughs)

② Apply oil or hand cream to the base of your nails and massage.

3. Dip a cotton swab in a little warm water and rub it around to push the cuticles out.

4. Soak the cotton wrapped around your thumb in hot water and rub it on your cuticles again.

⑤Cut off any cuticles that cannot be removed using pliers or small scissors.

⑥Finally, moisturize with oil or hand cream.
I tried using oil only for the finish.

We recommend occasionally smoothing the surface with a nail file to make it smooth to the touch!

The before and after looks like this.
It may be a little hard to tell from the photo, but it has regained its lost luster!

Just like your skin, your nails can dry out, so it's a good idea to moisturize them three times a day.

It feels good to have shiny nails!

Since I'm here, I think I'll put on my sandals and go out to run an errand.

One last word.
I'm writing a blog post on my computer.
It's really embarrassing to see your feet in such a large shot.

I'm sorry if some people don't like it.

See you next week☆
