Staff MK's recent activities

Hello, it's been a while, this is Kumai.
Before we knew it, half of 2022 had already passed. I can't believe it.

Today is June 24th. It's already June 24th.
Do you know what day 6/24 is?
Apparently it's UFO Memorial Day.
So there is such a commemorative day - it is apparently the day when the first UFO was discovered in America.

I am neither in favor of nor against UFOs or aliens, but I have seen something that looked like a UFO once.
I will never forget that on the evening of December 27th, 2014 (I think), there was a round light moving irregularly in the sky over Hachioji.
It moved slowly, then suddenly quickly, and disappeared somewhere within five seconds.
Not only I but all the passersby around me were making a fuss too, so I definitely wasn't losing my eyes or my head.
I wonder what on earth that was.

By the way, I'm not an expert on UFOs or aliens, but I love talking about space and celestial bodies. If you know more about them, please let's talk.
Today, everyone, please look up at the sky and try to find a UFO.

I love space, but I also love the ocean.

The other day I went to my second hometown, Niigata, and after running some errands I took a detour to the sea.

I'm an unlucky rain girl who turned off Layout.
I'm not bragging, but rain clouds move in the direction I'm heading, and it often starts pouring down as soon as I arrive.
It was quite a cloudy day again today, and I'm sorry to say this, but the sky was so overcast that it was almost funny.

By the way, just between you and me, Manager Komatsu has the unique ability to blow away rain clouds and make them sunny. What an enviable ability!

Here at Kakutahama, there is a small lighthouse on top of a cliff.
With the weather being bad, the view makes me think it might be a location for the TV drama "Kasuga no Sasuga" (Tuesday Suspense). Since I had the chance, I decided to climb the lighthouse.

The cliff seems to be concave somehow.
When I was in middle and high school, I wasn't good at earth science, or rather, I wasn't interested in it, so unfortunately I don't remember anything about what I learned. Now that I'm an adult, it's strange how seeing things like this makes me curious and intrigued.

Oh yeah, I posted about it on Instagram, but the other day I went to Okinawa World for the first time in my life to take a break from my training in Okinawa, and there they had a tropical fruit watching corner, which was so much fun! Lol

I was impressed and excited to see so many fruits I had never seen before.
I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much when I was younger, but I feel like I've become more able to find enjoyment in many things since becoming an adult.

A woman and child trapped in a pineapple

I got sidetracked so I'll get back to it.

This is the view I saw when I reached the top of the stairs, out of breath.

Oh, Funakoshi Eiichiro and Yamamura Momiji are there, aren't they?

Unfortunately, the weather is not perfect, so I can't say "Beautiful blue~♡", but I like looking at the slightly rounded horizon. I like looking at any kind of ocean because it gradually purifies my soul.

With my mind purified, I went for a walk in a nearby park and lo and behold!
Wild ducks!!

I couldn't help but mutter, "Aflac..."
I was told that in Tokyo it's probably more rare to see a duck than to see Sakurai Sho.
I, maybe so...

There are three ducks, but one of them has a broken wing and can no longer move.
The remaining two birds are able to move, but they are worried about the one with the broken wing, so they have remained there without moving, and all three birds have remained there ever since.
A gentle duck.

I returned to Tokyo feeling soothed by the sea and the ducks.

The days are passing by at an incredible speed, but there is so much to look forward to in the rest of 2022, so I'm going to go full throttle!

Until next time☆
