Staff TK's daily life

Hello, this is Komatsu from Layout.

This is me working from home.
I'm fine. I'm so fine.
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, and of course I don't forget snack time.

Meanwhile, as I spend more time in my room, my eyes start to wander everywhere. I don't usually notice it, but when I start working on my computer, I can't help but notice it. (Sorry, President!)

The first place I want to stop and tidy up right now is the cupboard.
In this situation, we need to act quickly. Let's do it. (Sorry, President!)

First, I'll put out all the dishes.

Even though I love tableware, this is a lot. I'm still only about halfway through.
I made a vow to myself not to look into pottery shops for the time being.

After that, just wipe it off

I keep wiping with a towel. I keep wiping with complete fervor. It's like a training.
Of course, disinfection is also essential at the end.

Once everything is neat and tidy, you can start storing things in the cupboard, but here comes the dilemma.

Throw away unused dishes or dishes that don't have many memories attached to them!
It's time to declutter! I'm usually reluctant to do so, but I just threw everything into the cardboard box.

I know a lot of people who are decluttering, but maybe it's because it's this time of year.
For me, the difference between "comfortable things" and "unnecessary things" is clear.
This is something I feel about a lot of things, not just tableware.

It's neat and tidy now

What do you think? It's much cleaner now (self-satisfied).
I feel like my head has become clearer.
When I took all the dishes out, I regretted having started cleaning the cupboards (distant look).

While you're at home, we recommend cleaning places and things that you normally can't.
It's also great for rug maintenance.

Now that the cupboards are clean, it's time to take a break and enjoy some coffee in your favorite mug.
As I looked around the room, my eye was caught by a bookshelf, but that's a story for next time!
