Good evening! This is Komatsu.
How are you all doing?
I hope the state of emergency will be lifted and we can gradually return to normal life.
Before I knew it, this was my 10th blog post.
This marks the 10th anniversary, but nothing has changed, so let's get serious.
Recently, I've been spending a lot of time at home and thinking a lot about "interior design" and "how I live my life."
Right now, my home is not surrounded only by things I like.
I also keep some things that I don't like but can't throw away for various reasons.
I really want a big window with lots of greenery, but that's difficult.
I would like to live closer to the sea, but considering various things, that is difficult right now.

A home is not a showroom, and the everyday life that unfolds there is simply "everyday," so dramatic events are unlikely to occur.
What feels good to me may not feel good to the other person.
In that sense, there are no professionals when it comes to living, so everyone has their own ideals.
So maybe that's why it's so interesting? Maybe that's why I like interior design?

"Living carefully" does not necessarily mean "living carefully."
There are times when you become so desperate about something that you neglect your daily life.
I think I'll take it slow next time.
I hope to discover something there that will connect the past to the present and lead to a future where I have things I want to do.
I think that might be the essence of it.
As I spent time at home, I realized that the "places" that I always thought I didn't like and wanted to be like were actually the places where I could shine the most and relax.

I feel like this incident has caused many people to reconsider how to make their rooms more comfortable.

Just as there is no perfect person, it is difficult to find the perfect home or lifestyle.
However, the inconveniences and drawbacks can be overcome with ingenuity and wisdom.
By choosing and prioritizing, you will naturally see what you really need.
Perhaps a "rich life" is the process itself?
I hope there is light ahead.
Well, until next time!
