Good evening. This is Komatsu.
This may be a bit sudden, but did you watch today's " One World:together at Home "?
Various artists delivered music from their homes.
Aside from the wonderful music, I couldn't help but look at the interior of the room.
The Taylor Swift wallpaper was adorable.
The rug in Gaga's room is a beautiful color.
The rooms of the four members of the Rolling Stones were all in red, which was a cool touch. The image of the Stones divided into four parts was amazing.
And of course, Charlie Watts' impromptu drumming was adorable and impressive.
The Charlie Watts room was great.
I was inspired by the best entertainment I could see.
What we can do, if we change the way we do things a little, can inspire others.
Now is the time to make it work for the better. I thought I had been thinking about it, but I still had a long way to go.
And suddenly, the topic of reading

They say that a bookshelf can reveal a lot about a person, and when I visit someone's house for the first time, I almost always look at their bookshelf. Yes. I look.
People who have similar tastes in books can easily become friends.
First of all, I recommend picture books for adults.

What surprised me was that even though the title was "A Sad Book," the first page started with a picture of a man smiling brightly.
Below that is a sentence that begins, "This is me feeling sad."
The film ends with the man's face looking at the candle, which can be interpreted in any way depending on one's situation and mental state: is it a ray of hope or a beacon of despair?
I always ask anyone who reads this book how they felt at the end.
Next, my favorite poetry collection

I've loved poetry collections since I was in elementary school, and I enjoy reading poetry collections by various authors, but for some reason, these two books were the ones I naturally opened while spending time at home.
I love Saijo Yaso and I love Ibaraki Noriko.
So, what's next?

This book is a collection of photos of the death of Araki's beloved cat, and another in which Shuntaro Tanikawa talks about happiness. It's interesting how the two seem to have polar opposite themes but convey the same message.
If you know the story of Chiro and Araki, this is impossible.
I can only watch it the day before a holiday. (My eyes get tired in the morning.)
And the books I read over and over again

Randy Taguchi speaks kindly to children, but even I, an adult, have difficult times! This book helps me get back to basics at times like those.
This is a book written by an ordinary woman who has lived an ordinary life and written ordinary thoughts about her ordinary feelings, but I like how the writing hits the nail on the head in some places, so I find myself flipping through it.
I feel a bit embarrassed to give you a glimpse into what's going on inside my head, but if you have the chance, please read it while listening to your favorite music.
