About packaging
The packaging is simple, using a transparent OPP bag with a ribbon tied around it, but the ribbon is made of hemp string and colored ribbon to give it a cute look.
For example, a 40cm x 40cm Gabbeh or tribal item would be wrapped like this.
This type of wrapping is the basis for large rugs or rugs with two or more pieces.
We aimed to create an exciting feeling that would make the recipient wonder, "What is this?", even though they could see what was inside but couldn't tell at a glance.
Because each item is unique, the wrapping method will vary slightly depending on the size, but all staff undergo in-house training so that they can wrap in this style.

If you order multiple items, we can also provide individual wrapping.
If you would like to have some items wrapped or have individual items wrapped, please contact us and let us know your wrapping preferences.

Will the mail arrive in a way that identifies the sender's name?
Even if the orderer's address is different from the delivery address, we will fill in the delivery slip so that the sender's information is clear.
Purchase details will be sent to the customer by mail.
If you require a receipt, we can issue one, so please indicate this when placing your order.
Does it include anything that shows the price?
If you request gift wrapping, please rest assured that we will deliver the item without any items indicating the price.
