Hello, I'm Kumai from Layout, who recently started watching Nizi Project.
I'm not very familiar with K-POP, but watching these sparkling girls gives me energy every day.
There are only two weeks left in 2020...
We've gone beyond Christmas mode and are now fully into year-end mode.
How will you all spend the New Year holidays?
Last year, I was completely hooked on Karasawa Toshiaki's White Tower, and it would not be an exaggeration to say that I spent the New Year holidays with Karasawa, as I watched it nonstop. It looks like this year will also be a relaxing New Year holiday.

As this is the last blog of 2020, I've taken a look back at the past year.
This year was different from previous years, and there were many things I couldn't do or places I couldn't go, but there were also many good things.
I think this year has been a year in which my awareness of health has changed.
Health Tip 1: Cooking at Home
First of all, I started cooking for myself.
This is the biggest change of 2020.
Before I started spending more time at home, I would eat at my parents' house half the week and eat out the other half, but now I've switched from eating out half the week to cooking at home!
When I was in junior high school, I always got a 2 on my report card for home economics.
During cooking class, I was only interested in eating, but now I've discovered the joy of cooking and feel like I've grown up a little.
If you make it just for yourself, it will end up being haphazard, so it may be important to have someone else eat it too.
It's fun to buy cooking utensils and tableware, and it's also fun to look at home-cooked meals posted on Instagram.
Health Tip 2: A slightly expensive massage
I started going to a good massage parlor once a month. It's really important to take care of your body regularly!
There may be parts of your body that you don't even realize are very tired, and leaving stiffness and distortion in your body ignoring it will cause the burden to accumulate, which is not good.
It's also important to get treatment from a trusted doctor, even if it's a little expensive.
I think the reason I am able to attend regularly every month is because of the teacher's high level of hospitality.
I'm grateful that whenever I go, they always give me a lot of useful information!
Health Tip 3: Diet and Exercise
Since I started cooking more at home and getting a lot of advice from my massage therapist, I've become much more conscious of foods that seem good for my health.
I recently started using MCT oil.
It was recommended by many trainers, so I was curious and bought it!
I'm not sure yet if it's having any effect on my body, but I'd like to continue for a few months.
I also bought some protein because it's trendy. Lol I always wonder when to drink it.

Of course, I also eat out for lunch on work days or when meeting up with friends!
I try to choose vegetables as much as possible and choose foods that are good for my body.
I always say I want to lose weight (I'm sure all women understand this feeling...)
I muttered this casually as usual, and the massage therapist said, "Then let's lose another 2kg by the end of the year!"
I accidentally made a promise, so I guess I'll just have to do my best! So I started skipping rope. Lol
At night, I was just hopping around in the parking lot of my apartment building...
I fly away, emptying my mind, wondering if I'm clearly caught on security cameras and what people who see this will think.
By the way, if I start jumping like I did in elementary school, it's so hard it's almost laughable. Lol. I'll try to keep it up for about a month while being careful of my knees.
I'm very conscious of my health, but I eat 1.5 times as much as the average person, so it's hard to lose weight... (distant look)
I would like to follow NiziU's example and do my best.
Well, although it's a little early, we look forward to your continued support in 2021!
