
We want to communicate in our own words
At Layout, we have always believed that relationships that do not involve human warmth are difficult.
This is because our staff want to listen to our customers and introduce the unique characteristics of our handmade rugs in their own words.
The idea was that customers would be able to touch each piece with their own hands, feel the individuality of each piece, and find a partner to live with for the rest of their lives.
However, as more and more customers said, "I can't come to the store, but I want a Layout rug," we began to wonder if there might be a way to help people who can't come to the store choose a rug while talking to them as if they were in the store.
In the midst of all this, we felt like we had found a way to introduce rugs in a way that was uniquely Layout, so we decided to launch Layout online.
We are not yet sure if we can guarantee 100% satisfaction, but we will continue to listen to customer feedback and work hard to gradually bring our product closer to our ideal form, so we would appreciate your kind support.
Rather than giving up on Layout just because it's difficult, I'll continue to think about how to make it work well.
