Staff OK and artistic things

Hello everyone. I'm OK, a staff member who recently found out that naked mole rats live about 300 years in human terms and is envious of that fact. With 300 years, you can do anything, although it's bound to get a bit boring.

Well, these artistic items are once again quite unique items I found in the city. I was distracted by each one, so it was hard to reach my destination.

1. Panda Kopanda

I tried to pass by, watching from a distance, hoping to see something there, but to no avail. After walking past for a while, I felt a mysterious sense of duty to get a closer look, and returned. The parent panda buried in the grass is pretty scary, but what really struck me was the baby panda, who is just as cute as the parent despite being so small. It's just a selfish assumption to think that something is cute just because it's small. It's just an imposition.

Even so, it seems quite difficult to make fluffy creatures out of stone...

There's something there

2. I'm watching

I saw it. I couldn't help but see it.

The kanji for "see" is not used very often. I wondered when it would be used, and it seems to be used occasionally to mean concentrating and staring at one point. It can be said that this shows the caretaker's stronger feelings than "watch me."

3. Runaway rice cooker

One day, I was by the river on a holiday. As I was gazing out at the river, I noticed a rice cooker in the evening sun. There was a steel tower in front of me. Perhaps it was a little tired from cooking rice for so long. Incidentally, the contents were on land a little ways away. Perhaps the contents and the exterior were fighting.

4. Change the subject

If that doesn't work, it might be a good idea to change the person you're talking to. It might actually solve the problem quite easily. Here's a pattern where you talk to your dog.

5. Round eyes

Now, after dogs, let's talk to cats. This is a mother and child cat that I came across when I went to a nearby home improvement store. What's with that pose? Where are they looking? What are they doing? I was drawn in by their round eyes and almost put them in my shopping cart.

6. Help me...

My hobby is finding block walls. They come in a surprising variety of patterns and are perfectly positioned. The other day I found one that looked like it was crying out, "Help me..." It had been filled in...poor thing, I wonder if it had done something naughty.

7. Western Laundry

And finally, here it is. I couldn't help but stop in my tracks at the coolness of the sign. I want to be able to say, "I'm off to the Western laundry!!!" I'd love to wear geta sandals when I go there.

Well, thank you for joining me on my walk around the city again this time. The things people make are fascinating. I would like to continue to search for and admire lovely artistic objects. If you find anything strange, please let me know in secret... See you!
