Hello
It's still very cold every day, but how are you all doing?
This may be a bit sudden, but do you have a morning routine?
Surely there's something?
From the moment you wake up until you leave the house or finish work
I've pretty much decided what to do too. Surprisingly, it's not surprising, but even though it's something I do every morning, for some reason I feel rushed...
I will do it
It's something you don't study.
yeah?
I can't help but wonder if this hectic schedule is part of the routine.
There's no time to think about such things!!
What is it?
Let's take it easy this year!
Even though I say that, it's already been a little over a month since the new year.
It's impossible to suddenly change... (That's just an excuse)
Speaking of which, my morning routine is
I'm a little embarrassed to share the time schedule, so I'll leave it here.
The first thing I drink when I wake up is homemade kombucha.
Drink about a cup at a time
By the way, even though it's called kombucha, it's not kelp tea!
Kombucha = Tea mushroom
It is a sweet and sour black tea that can be described as a plant-based fermented sparkling tea.
It really seeps into your sleepy body in the morning!
I would actually like to keep it warm, but the bacteria die above 40 degrees, and if left at room temperature the bacteria will multiply and make the drink very sour (if it gets any worse it will turn into vinegar and then alcohol), so I store the finished product in the refrigerator and pour it from there.

*Kombucha
The components and metabolic products produced by the fermentation process using lactic acid bacteria and other bacteria have been studied for their intestinal regulating effects, inhibiting cell aging, improving blood circulation, and boosting immunity, and are also believed to be effective in improving skin and dieting.
The bubbles popping out are so cute, I could just stare at them for ages.

The gelatinous texture of the floating bacteria is a bit disgusting, but it can't be helped.
You'll get used to it
How to make it: It's very simple. Just dissolve a lot of sugar in boiled black tea (recipe available), cool it down to below 40°C, and add the mother SCOBY (a disgusting gelatinous substance) which is the source of the bacteria.
Cover with a cloth and leave for about 4 days (varies depending on the season and weather).
Just leave it at room temperature and wait.
The liquid is placed in the refrigerator and the next batch is prepared using the mother mash, with the cycle lasting four days and finished in four days.

I've been drinking it for over two years now, and I personally think it's good for my intestines, skin, and health, and most importantly, it's delicious, so I continue to drink it.
The standard "breakfast" I make after that is fermented foods and "soup with lots of ingredients."
Another drink?!
It's nasty food!

I get really hungry in the morning, so I make a lot of food and eat a lot lol
A hearty soup is a staple dish for busy mornings
It's warm, nutritious, and packed with flavor, so you can eat as much as you want without feeling guilty!
We offer a variety of dishes every day, including miso soup with plenty of vegetables, clear soup, minestrone, clam chowder, bouillon soup, vermicelli soup, potage, and more, with a variety of Japanese, Western, Chinese, and international flavors.

Ahh, what a relief!
Even though my daughter is a relatively picky eater, it can be quite difficult to get her to eat a lot of vegetables, but I find hearty soups very useful as they allow me to efficiently get her to eat several types of vegetables and protein.
Hmmm, satisfied
"Thank you for the meal!"

This time, I'd like to talk about a moment from my morning.
It's still cold every day
Eat nutritious, warm meals to warm your body and your heart from the inside out!
Until next time
