A place to relax
My name is Suzuki and I have returned to my hometown after six years of living away from it.
The year I spent in Tokyo went by in a flash, but I think it was very fulfilling.
I've met a lot of different people and discovered a lot of different stores, but I'm glad I lived here.
I'll be living in my hometown for a while, which feels a bit calming after such a long time, and I'm excited every day with so many things to look forward to.
I'll be taking the liberty of leaving as many memories as possible in the staff's diary as I can about what the future holds.
It hasn't even been a week since we moved, but things have tidied up a bit so I'd like to give you a quick tour of our room, so please bear with me for a moment.

The bay window makes a great place for a display!
My husband and I love small items, so we display them however we like, so I'm not too picky, but I am a bit picky about how things are placed...
It's a bit messy right now, which is fine, but I'd like to make more improvements in the future.
I'm sure the Codex and mini Pachira are also spending time by the window, so they're comfortable!

Some of you may already know or use it, but I love using the Seven Chair.
Although we won't introduce them here, we actually have two Ant chairs in use in the dining area, so we plan to switch them out from time to time to change the scenery.
It's nice just to have a place like this!
I was supposed to be sitting on a chair, but for some reason it often ended up being used to put my luggage...

The simple beige Gabbeh I inherited from my parents' house is the perfect place to lounge around! I always end up falling asleep on it... And then in the middle of the night, I go to the bedroom. Lol
I placed a tribal rug next to it and looked at it, sat on it, and stepped on it, as it fit well in the empty space, but I'm sure it will be useful in many different places around the house.
Once I've redecorated, I'll be happy to explain how to use it again, so please stick around.

Decorating the living room walls is always a struggle.
Just thinking about it and trying things out makes the time fly by. But has it gotten faster recently?
In our house in Asagaya, we decided to make the antique tools and furniture that we had been using around the kitchen debut in the living room.
Should I buy a sideboard? Or a TV stand? I'm still debating, but I'm fine with what I have for now, so maybe this is fine?
My belongings will probably increase from now on, so I have a feeling I'll end up adding about 2 or 3 pieces of furniture... My style is to gradually collect the things I like and live with them, so I'm taking my time and not rushing.
The trick to creating a display is to use a triangle!

It looks like this now ♪
There's still a lot to do, like organizing the cords and decorating, but I'll enjoy taking it one step at a time and create a comfortable environment!
I think the best way to enjoy interior design is to style it to your own tastes.
Of course, you also need to be particular about what you can't compromise on.
The living room is still unfinished.
But it's never finished and will always be incomplete, which is why it's fun!
The dining room is not ready to be shown yet, so I will show it to you later.
Thank you for staying with us until the end!
See you next time!
