"Mikity", who is particular about "beauty", will tell you about the sexiness of your room.

Color scheme rules

There are some rooms or outfits that are somehow stylish, even though they don't incorporate expensive items or feature luxurious items. It's fun to fill your room with as many things as you like, but I'm sure there are some people who worry about it looking mismatched. Color schemes are essential for simple yet well-balanced styling. The way you combine colors can completely change the way a room looks, and once you understand the rules of color schemes, you can have fun coordinating colors.

Gathering the Family (Color)

This method involves choosing one color and using shades of that color to create a look. I think this is the easiest and least likely to fail method.

The floor, walls, sofa, rug, and curtains are all coordinated in white or beige. The important thing here is that even though the colors are the same, the materials are different. The beige Gabbeh is made from undyed sheep's wool. The natural color variations caused by the light and dark yarns used, and the fluffy texture add a sense of three-dimensionality to the space.

Using the same color can sometimes make things look monotonous. Mini Gabbehs are a great choice for those times. Even hotel-like spaces with dark colored floors and walls can be transformed into a softer impression with the addition of Mini Gabbehs.

Gathering friends (tone)

Tone is a combination of color saturation (vividness) and value (brightness). In other words, it is a way to make the vividness and brightness of each color in the interior the same. Even if multiple colors are used, it will come together beautifully.

Some people prefer simple interiors and are reluctant to use red rugs. This is a red Gabbeh, but it is a deep red with low saturation, so it matches well with similarly deep brown furniture and dark driftwood, and the red does not stand out.

Gathering relatives (likely colors)

As the name suggests, this is a method of combining similar colors, such as blue and green, or red and orange. It is a combination that blends well and creates a sense of unity.

A similar color coordination of pink, yellow, and red. The pop and colorful interiors you see in foreign TV dramas may be difficult to achieve, but it's not that difficult if you choose a small rug. Don't you feel excited about having a corner of your room that's different from your everyday space?

Gathering fighting friends (opposite colors)

This is a method of combining colors that cancel each other out, such as red and green, or purple and yellow. It may seem like a unique and advanced technique, but it will create a stylish and well-balanced room.

The blue curtains and yellow cushions, and the sofa upholstery and rug are also in a similar orange color. Just using contrasting colors gives the room a unique character, but the lion rug makes it even more impactful. It's a room that makes you want to hang out.

A fun way to easily incorporate contrasting colors into your interior is to try combining rugs in opposite colors.

Golden yellow and blue are opposite colors, somewhere between yellow and orange. If you want to separate them, you can just place them in different places, so there's no need to worry about making mistakes.

It would also be a good idea to use a rug woven in a contrasting color.

This tribal rug uses two contrasting colors: yellow and blue, and red and green. It is paired with natural furniture to create a space where the rug takes center stage.

Make your room your own

You can easily play with colors by matching your rug with cushion covers in a similar color, adding accessories in contrasting colors, or combining your rug with other items. Even though there are only four color schemes, there are countless colors in the world. Adding originality to the colors you use and combine will make your space even more special.
