説明
Tribal Rug

Tribal rugs are a culture that has been passed down for a long time as tools for the daily lives of nomadic people who live with sheep and goats. They are used for a wide variety of purposes, including as floor coverings, as bags to carry food and daily necessities, as dividers inside tents, and as curtain curtains to hang over entrances. They are designed for continued use, so they are highly functional and durable.

It is said that the designs of tribal rugs are influenced by all things related to daily life, such as the different cultures, climates, animals that live with each tribe and region, and familiar plants and flowers, and you can feel the commitment of nomads who seek color in their lives.

Among the many handmade rugs, tribal rugs are the ones that highlight the individuality of the weaver, and the designs that arise from their free-spirited style are also a major attraction.

Yaram

Among the many groups of the Qashqai people, the Yalameh are said to have settled early on in the area around Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province in southwestern Iran.
The design is influenced by tribes such as the Qashqai and Lori, and features a diamond-shaped medallion that mothers call the pond design, surrounded by hooks that are said to represent the birds that gather around water. It is said that nomads in southern Iran could predict rain by the flight and calls of birds, and legend has it that the arrival of birds means the "blessing of rain." Lead more [close]
